Payment
All online credit card payments are processed by the PayFast Internet Payment Gateway. Card Holders may go to www.payfast.co.za to view PayFast security policies.

If payment fails due to the account not existing, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information being incorrect etc. the purchase will not be successful. The above is dependent on the product being available.

Choice of Law
This Website is controlled, operated and administered by the Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the content or purchase of the products sold on the Website is illegal is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town High Court in the event of any dispute. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User with regard to the use of the Content and this Website.

International Delivery
Which countries are considered international?
The Provider is based in South Africa. Currently, all countries where the delivery address is outside of South Africa cannot be serviced by the Provider.

Can I buy items if I am an international customer?
No, The Provider currently does not operate outside of South Africa.

Delivery policy
Requests will be processed within 3 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to info@babocush.co.za

Warranty and Returns
If you are not happy with the Babocush you ordered, you may return it unopened, unused within 7 days and get your money back in full. You’ll need to include the invoice and the Babocush must be returned in the original condition and packaging.
Items not unopened and that appear to have been used, will not be accepted.

Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
